Yin Yoga Teacher Training
JUNE 11th - July 27th, 2024
Join Alicia and Gabby this summer for our 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training. This training will give you the tools and knowledge to level up your restorative practice and guide others through theirs. We will cover the science behind active and passive restoration, Chinese medicine, the Modern Meridian Theory, chakras, yoga nidra, and much more.
This training meets Tuesday evenings (5:30-9:00 PM) and Saturday afternoons (12:00-4:00 PM). Missed sessions can be made up virtually.
This training is for anyone who is looking to advance their restorative practice. You do not have to be a yoga teacher already, nor have any desire to be one to join.
