Gabby has always loved activities that incorporate body movement. Throughout her childhood she practiced ballet and when she wasn’t in the studio she was horseback riding. At the beginning of high school Gabby was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. She had also broken both of her feet twice and was unable to practice ballet anymore. Her doctor recommended that she try Yoga to help alleviate her chronic pain and inflammation. After her first yoga class Gabby was in love. In 2012 Gabby moved from Seattle, WA to Boulder, CO to get her degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Gabby became a certified dog training instructor in 2013 and did that while she worked to finish her degree. It wasn’t until 2016 that she realized pursuing a degree in biology was not her true passion. Gabby enrolled in her first teacher training through CorePower Yoga and became a certified Hot and Hot Power Fusion yoga instructor. After that Gabby enrolled in teacher trainings for Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and various continuing education courses for a cumulative 600 teacher training hours. She assistant managed the CorePower Yoga Boulder on the Hill studio and taught teacher trainings for CorePower Yoga until her move to the Wood River Valley in the summer of 2018. Now Gabby is teaching yoga at several studios in the valley, works at Lululemon in Ketchum, and co-owns Pure Body Bliss. Gabby loves spending time outside, making/eating delicious food, connecting with her friends, family, and pets, and of course practicing yoga.

Health Coaching
Hi! I’m Jacqui. Since the age of three, I have connected deeply with the power and freedom of movement. I remember watching a dance class for the first time and feeling overcome with emotion as I imagined the possibility of dancing like the older girls. For me, this was my first a-ha moment that lead me on my journey of student and instructor. Through developing my own practice, I was able to heal from harmful patterns of restricted eating, over-working, and damaging relationships. I wanted to share this with others. Over the past several years, I have helped clients feel the connection of their own strength and joy as it’s experienced through movement. As clients began to marry the physical and spiritual nature within their own bodies, they could heal their body and mind while awakening to their full potential. The possibilities are limitless. I would love to connect with you and design a personalized program for you. While working with me, you will cultivate self-awareness, a joyful inner voice, and an unshakable belief in your worthiness. Request a clarity session with me TODAY!

I was first introduced to Pilates while living in Yokohama, Japan with my husband and four children. I was so inspired by this form of exercise as I experienced firsthand how it reinvigorated and toned my body after having four children.
After our family then moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2004, I decided to train to become an instructor so I could help others benefit from this ‘intelligent exercise’ program. I became a certified Stott Pilates instructor in 2007 and worked for 4 years at Pilatique, the first Stott Pilates licensing center in Malaysia. I truly enjoyed teaching Pilates in an international setting.
In 2011 our family decided it was time to ‘come home’, so we moved back to the U.S. after 20 years, and settled outside St. Louis where I opened a small Pilates studio at my home and taught private and duet sessions. During the summer of 2020, my husband and I both fell in love with Hailey after a brief visit, and decided to move here!
For me, Pilates/fitness is more than exercise. It is a way of life. Movement is essential to life and Pilates is an effective tool which brings body awareness along with beneficial muscle toning and lengthening. After having four children, I did not want to believe that I could never be in good shape again. Pilates resonated so strongly with me because I not only started to feel better physically, but mentally I felt so empowered as I saw myself growing stronger. My body feels so balanced and tension-free.
I am so excited to be a part of the team at Pure Body Bliss!

Mari is fantastic. She is one of the most down to earth people I have ever met and her presence at Bure Body Bliss is grounding and wonderful. We are so very grateful to have her! Ever the Yogini, she humbly declined writing her own Bio, so I wrote it for her. Mari teaches Restorative Yin Yoga and makes fabulous baked goods, under the name of Simple Kneads. Find her at Pure Body Bliss on Mondays at 5:30

Sarah grew up in Northern Michigan with a deep appreciation for relationships, craftsmanship, nature, and self-discovery. She completed her Bachelors and Masters of Architecture at the University of Michigan.
– Go Blue-
Before moving to Idaho in 2018 to set foot on a path of adventure with her partner. Though just completing her teaching certification in 2020, through Citizen Yoga of Detroit, Michigan, Sarah has been practicing yoga for the last 10 years.
She is ever inspired by the tradition of an ancient, beautiful practice:
it’s simplicity, yet density
it’s universality, yet individuality
it’s heaviness, yet lightness
While inherently engaged in a creative career, Sarah pursued teaching yoga as an additional artistic endeavor- to share with others what she has found most moving, and ultimately, self-healing in the practice. She seeks to find an edge – both for herself and with her students – that, in practice, might articulate a sudden moment of unified body, breath and intellect.

Diane McFerran
Pilates Instructor
Hi, I’m Diane McFerran, and I am a Master Certified Pilates Instructor. After 600 hours of training, I earned my first Pilates certification in 2006 from BASI, studying under its founder, Rael Isacowitz. During this intensive training, I studied applied anatomy, physiology, movement theory, classical repertoire and science-based movement principles. In 2010, I completed an advanced, 400 hour Pilates Master training program, studying under Lolita San Miguel. Lolita San Miguel is one of only two people to be certified by Joseph Pilates himself and it is an honor to have worked closely with Ms. San Miguel. I completed the PMA certification in 2012 and a Cancer Exercise Specialist Certification in 2013. Doing multiple cadaver anatomy and Safe Spine trainings with Rebecca Leone helped me develop a thorough understanding of anatomy. In addition to Pilates certifications, I hold a BA in Psychology from Pitzer College and a Masters Certification in Ski Area Management from Colorado State University, as well as a Yoga Shred Certification. I am driven to help you enjoy a lifetime of mobility, health and happiness. I specialize in training active bodies, whether that activity is skiing, gardening, or anything in between. Whether you want increased strength and muscle definition, more stamina, or to rehabilitate an injury, I can teach you how to achieve it.
