Intended for students who want to get great results fast, and keep them. We pick the most potent Pilates moves (along with great exercises borrowed from other systems) utilizing the Reformer, Cadillac, and mat work, then combine them with cardio blasts, barre exercises and targeted moves on the floor. The result is a high intensity interval cross training workout that will strengthen, tone, stretch, and get your blood pumping. Each class is limited to 8 students.
In order to give you the best we have to offer, Pure Body Burn is most effective when done consistently. So, Pure Body Burn is sold in advance per month, in a “use it or lose it” format. The monthly price gets you 8 Burns a month, plus four free drop-ins to any regularly scheduled group class.
